Assistant to Head of Finance and Resources

3 days per week (flexible)

Salary Range £16,440 - £19,621 pro-rata

 

We are looking for an experienced assistant who is looking for a challenge. You will assist the Head of Finance and Resources in delivering efficient and effective support services across the organisation in the areas of Finance, HR, IT and Communications and Premises. You will have experience in these areas particularly accounting, be highly organised, self motivated with excellent IT and communication skills. You should also have some understanding of HR administration.

Adoption Team Manager

3 or 4 days per week (flexible)

Salary £34,549 – £37,206 (NJC 41-44) pro-rata

 

The Adoption Team Manager will be responsible for the Agency’s adoption recruitment, assessment and placement activity. The Agency has a reputation for providing high quality adoption services and was awarded a rating of ‘outstanding’ at the last OFSTED Inspection. The Adoption Team Manager will have responsibility for ensuring that high standards of work are maintained, reviewed and improved and that the Agency maintains its national reputation as a provider of adoption services of excellence.

Adoption Support Social Worker

Full time – 2 year contract

Salary £23,708 - £30,011 (NJC 28 – 36)

 

The Postholder will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive group service to adopted children from the age of six years old. The service provides a series of group activities over school holidays for adopted children. Direct experience of working with children is essential.

 

The Adoption Support Social Worker will also undertake historical adoption support work which involves providing a service to adult adoptees and birth relatives, including the provision of Intermediary Services and Schedule 2 counselling.

We are seeking qualified Sessional Social Workers to undertake assessments of prospective adoptive parents and prepare high quality reports fopr consideration by the Adoption Panel.
