Ways to help......

You can:

  • Help us to recruit other adopters - word of mouth is our most powerful tool!
  • Donate at our online donations page
  • Buy our Christmas cards - Click here
  • Leave a legacy - if you would like to find out more about how to leave a legacy,
  • Gift Aid - your donations - if you would like to find out more about our Gift Aid scheme, or would like to make a cash donation or standing order,
  • Become a Box collector in your Parish - contact our office for more details
  • Become a volunteer - we have a variety of oppotunities for those wishing to help - including assisting with mailings from our office in West Bridgford, Nottingham, preparing Christmas Hampers for families and helping at adoption recruitment events throughout the East Midlands.
  • Become a member of our school visits team - could you spare a day twice a year to visit a Catholic Primary and/or Secondary School in the Diocese of Nottingham to talk about the work of the Society?
  • From April 2005 you will be able to donate through the Inland Revenue Self Assesment return, our unique code is TAD39GG. Please ask for details
  • Arrange an event on our behalf - for help and support contact our office and we will be happy to give you whatever assistance you require
  • Encourage your school, club or even your neighbour to adopt Faith in Families as their charity.
  • Take part in a sponsored event - set up your own website to collect donations at www.justgiving.com and we will be happy to advertise your event in our newsletter and on our website
  • Give through your Company’s Payroll Giving Scheme - Simple, tax-free charitable giving direct from your pay. For more information visit www.hmrc.gov.uk or www.payrollgiving.co.uk
  • Share Giving - There are many reasons why giving shares might appeal to you. You might hold windfall shares as a result of a privatisation or demutualisation that are effectively gathering dust, making little difference to you, but they could make a big difference to the Society. Or, you may own small parcels of shares, perhaps as a result of an inheritance that you regard as a bit of a nuisance as they generate more paperwork than income. These could be turned into something of real value to others by donating these shares to the Society. For more information visit www.hmrc.gov.uk
  • If you use Ebay - supporting Faith in Families while selling on www.eBay.co.uk is easy. Not only can you make a difference by donating between 10% and 100% of your item's final selling price but you also benefit from your listing really standing out.
  • Shop through www.buy.at/faithinfamilies and we receive commission for our funds on everything that you buy.
  • And finally, and most importantly - REMEMBER US IN YOUR PRAYERS
